Discovery Call
Jason speaks with you directly to understand your vision: how the vehicle will be used, what style you want, and what your timeline looks like.

Vehicle Acquisition
Source your own or let Jason find the right platform. He evaluates every candidate for structural integrity, numbers matching, and overall viability before committing to a build.

Full Disassembly & Documentation
Every nut and bolt is removed and catalogued. The frame is inspected, blasted, and either repaired or replaced. This phase sets the foundation for everything else.

Mechanical Rebuild
Drivetrain, engine, cooling, brakes, suspension — all addressed. Jason sources from reputable manufacturers and Land Rover certified suppliers only.

Bodywork & Paint
Panel fit, rust treatment, and paint. Period-correct colors available or custom finishes per your spec.

Interior
Upholstery, gauges, and accessories. Either original-style or modernized depending on your brief.

Final Inspection & Delivery
Road test, final adjustments, and handoff. Jason walks you through the finished vehicle and everything that was done.

Engine & Drivetrain
Original 2.25L petrol, diesel conversions, V8 swaps, or modern turbodiesel transplants. Gearbox and transfer case rebuilt or upgraded to match.
Chassis & Body
Full frame-off strip, rust remediation, galvanised chassis, panel repair or full replacement. Your body colour and finish chosen from any palette.
Suspension & Lift
Stock height to serious lift kits. Heavy-duty coils, upgraded dampers, reinforced axles. Built for whatever terrain you have in mind.
Interior & Upholstery
Period-correct vinyl, bespoke leather, or practical canvas. Custom dash, seating, and carpets cut to spec. Air conditioning available.
Off-Road Equipment
Winch mounts, rock sliders, tubular bumpers, roof racks, snorkels, auxiliary lighting — everything for serious off-road use.
Electrics & Lighting
Full rewire with modern fuse box, LED lighting conversion, USB / 12V / 240V outlets, Bluetooth audio, GPS — clean modern electrics in a classic shell.
