Warranty
All of our products are backed by a 6-month warranty to address any faulty items. As all our products are handmade, slight variations are normal and to be expected. We cannot guarantee an exact fit to all existing OEM and aftermarket bulkheads, so we anticipate the customer may need to make minor adjustments to ensure a proper fit.
In the event of a defect arising solely from faulty material or manufacture, Rad Rovers may replace the product(s) or credit you the cost you paid for the part, provided that such products are returned promptly upon discovering the defect. However, please note that any claims made after 6 months from the date of purchase will not be considered. Additionally, Rad Rovers will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage that may arise. Rest assured, we strive to deliver quality products and are committed to addressing any concerns within the warranty period.
Return Policy
We offer a return policy where all products sold may be returned for credit or refund. However, to be eligible for the return, the products must be received at Rad Rovers within 21 days of the original sale and must be in the original packaging and fit for re-sale. While we make every effort to provide you with the correct parts, it is essential for you to confirm their accuracy before attempting to fit them or carrying out any preparatory work. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless Rad Rovers is at fault for the error. We value your satisfaction and will process returns promptly as long as the products meet the specified conditions.
Damaged Shipments
